Request for Proposals and Bids
Elizabethtown Borough is currently seeking proposals for the following Services/Projects:
1- Conoy Avenue Stormwater Pipe Replacement - Sealed bids for the replacement of existing storm sewer pipe within limits of Borough right-of-way will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Elizabethtown Borough, Lancaster, Pennsylvania until 10:00 AM, Friday, May 24, 2024.
2 - 2024 Sewer Pipe Replacement, E Willow Street - Sealed bids for 1) replacing a total of one hundred ninety-five (195) linear feet of 8-inch SDR 35 sanitary sewer main pipe, 2) replacing ten (10) sewer laterals will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Elizabethtown Borough, Lancaster, Pennsylvania until 9:00 AM, Friday, May 31, 2024.
Elizabethtown Borough reserves the right to accept any proposals and bids, reject any or all proposals and bids submitted, and to waive any informality in proposals and bids received.
